Los Angeles-based singer songwriter Kelsey Shell makes music about night sweats, daydreams, love gone wrong and sometimes right. She often writes on the bus or in the bathtub, backing slinky lyrics with swirling harmonies propelled by rhythmic fingerpicking. Kelsey’s latest album Sleepwalker is an evolution of her trademark Hi Fi Crying Music™, in which lush production and pop hooks belie a deeply felt melancholy.
